vwap update time

Hi, I have vwap setup with 30min chart, but it only updates once every 30min with the candle time. Is there a trick to make it update faster like every 1 min in a 30 min chart?

Thank you for the message.

This is most likely due to the "Calculate" setting you have chosen for that indicator.

• If you have it set to Calculate, "On Bar Close" then it will only re-calculate the value when the 30 minute bar closes. So every 30 minutes.

If you want the value to update more frequently than that, you would want to use the "On Price Change" or "On Each Tick".

• On Price Change will work for most indicators. Any time the price changes, the indicator will re-calculate.
• On Each Tick is the most resource intensive and should only be used when the Indicator would actually benefit and be able to use the incoming ticks for its calculations.
