Demo Allowance Exceeded - .NET framework issues

I was having problems installing Ninja on my laptop (.NET) and then I tried to do it on my wife's laptop. For some reason when trying to get the credentials from different computers, you are blocking my account.
Can you pleas unblock it?, I am interested in using Ninja but I need to practice and get familiar with the product.

Thank you for your post.

Are you having trouble installing the platform, or are you having trouble getting demo credentials? If you have requested demo credentials in the last year, please keep in mind that demo trials are limited to 1 person per year and expire after 2 weeks. Therefore if you've already requested a demo in the past year, you will not be able to request a new one until a year has passed.

If you are having trouble installing the platform, please let me know or post a screenshot of the error you are receiving.

you are telling me that I have to fund the account to be able to get data and do backtesting, right ?

If you already requested a demo in the last year, then yes, you would need to open an account with a broker of your choice to get data and do backtesting.
