Not alble to install first time

I am trying to install the Ninjatrader platform on my PC and it throws an error , i've tried everything suggested before, this MS fix and tried to install older version, but it fails and says installation no longer responding all the time, I have never had Ninjatrader, its my first time trying to use it.

As a first step, please ensure you are installing NinjaTrader on a supported operating system. For a full list of requirements, please see our HelpGuide below:

Please also launch the Windows Update and ensure that all pending or stuck updates have been installed.
