So I have multiple APEX accounts. Is there a label indicator available that will show you the current selected account on chart trader? I know I can make the chart trader wider to display account. Thanks.

Unfortunately there is no such indicator present by default. I suggest to check the publicly available NinjaTrader ecosystem website for any custom created indicators from other users (User App Share) or look for 3rd party indicators (Trading Indicators) that offer the functionality you seek.
If you can't find what you need, you could contact a NinjaScript programmer at the following link to create a custom indicator for you.
