Vimeo Events in NT Log

In the NT log (trace files), I am seeing over 30 events per hour of this:
DEBUG [2023-01-20 14:58:55,217] - Certificate with subject [CN=api.vimeo.com, O="Vimeo, Inc.", L=New York, S=New York, C=US] will be sent to external CertificatePolicy
DEBUG [2023-01-20 14:58:55,217] - Certificate with subject [CN=api.vimeo.com, O="Vimeo, Inc.", L=New York, S=New York, C=US] will be sent to external ServerCertificateValidationCallback

What is this Vimeo activity, and how do I stop it?
