TWS version that's working

I'm using TWS 10.19.1c as described in the Ninjatrader TWS Connection webpage, but the charts are not updating. I've had this issue before where some version of TWS does not work. Can anyone recommend the proper version I should be using?

Thank you for the message.

TWS 10.19.1c is the currently supported version of Trader Workstation to work with NinjaTrader.

Please make sure you are using the most recent version of NinjaTrader 8.0.27.1. You can check this from the Control Center > Help > About. If not, please use the steps below to update the platform.

• First, copy your license key from NinjaTrader under Help> License Key then exit NinjaTrader
• Click on the link: https://ninjatrader.com/PlatformDirect
• Enter your license key and press Submit
• Select 'Download'
• Critical: Before running the installer, ensure NinjaTrader is closed.

After updating, reconnect to your account and test if the charts are loading in now.


If they are still not loading in, please use the steps below to send us a message with your log and trace files attached so we may look into this behavior further:

• Go to the Control Center > Help > Email Support
• Select: Platform Technical Support
• Enter the subject as: Clayton ATTN 03652650"
• Include any additional information in the Body as desired
• Ensure the "Log and trace files" box is checked
  • Send the email
