OrderFilled.wave issue

I am getting two sounds when the order is filled. The one is from OrderFilled.wave in the default program directory, and the other is from Window OS error sound with a small popup window saying
"File(c:windows\media\OrderFilled.wave) is not found. It must have been removed from the file system."
I have no codes that use any files from Windows\media folder, and do not have this issue with other computers.
I am on NT 8.0.27.1 and IB 10.16.1k.

Thank you for the message.

Please use the following steps to "Repair" the NinjaTrader installation and see if the error message continues.

• Close NinjaTrader
• Go to the Windows Control Panel > Programs and Features (Sometimes "Remove a Program/App") > Click NinjaTrader 8 > Click Repair
  • Don't go to the "Apps" page as it doesn't have the repair button. Go through the Control Center as mentioned above.
• Click Next through the prompts until it is finished

After repairing NinjaTrader, reopen the platform and test if the error is still appearing.

If the error message is still showing, please use the steps below to send us a message with your log and trace files attached so we may look into this behavior further:

• Go to the Control Center > Help > Email Support
• Select: Platform Technical Support
• Enter the subject as: Clayton ATTN 03647942"
• Include any additional information in the Body as desired
• Ensure the "Log and trace files" box is checked
  • Send the email
