Unable to authorize my TD Ameritrade Account

For a few years have had on problem, have always connected through my Ameritrade Account, authorized in the connections panel.

In my most recent login I have been unable to connect with My Ameritrade Account. I removed it and re configured it. When I authorize and it takes me to the webpage where I log in through Ameritrade I login and am taken to this webpage




When I press Allow it takes me to the ninjatrader homepage and nothing happens. And the connection remains unauthorized

Can you please send me your log and trace files from within the NinjaTrader platform so that I may investigate.

You can do this by going to Control Center-> Help-> Email Support.

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

I just wanted to update, Downloadign the newest version fixed the problem. Thank you for the help via email Jason
