QQQ and SPY

I can load the symbol but the chart is empty. Do i need to get another data subscription? Thanks for your help

If you don't receive data for the QQQ and SPY, please ensure your brokerage or datafeed provider supplies this data.

The NinjaTrader brokerage itself would not be able to provide real-time or historical data for ETFs.
