If someone is suspecting that a 3rd party vendor might have some sort of suspicious code what is the process through NT to get that vendor cut off from being a vendor for example?

Is there any validation process around the code of vendors? For example does NT verify that the vendor doesn't include any scanners/loggers in their DLL's that scan the users workspace for other indicator data, trades etc? Or can anyone pretty much just ask to be a 3rd party vendor to NT and then put whatever in their code without NT actually checking that it is safe for the user? If I want to upload an app for Android or IOS for example, then the app will go through a process of being verified to the store. Does NT have something like that?
