My Account Risk Settings

I'm interested in the risk settings in my account.
I propose to discuss the benefits and possibilities of risk settings in this thread.

At the moment I have two questions:
1) Does automatic closing of positions work if the set risk is reached?
2) How does my account risk lock work? Does this mean that when the risk limit is reached, I will not be able to allow trading earlier?

2) if the loss limit is reached, will it automatically close the losses

Thank you for your post.

Yes, once the the risk settings have been surpassed your positions will be liquidated. Trading could only be resumed, when the time period has passed. i.e. Daily will be next trading day. Weekly will be the open of next week (Sunday).
