Market data connection

Hi, I have subscribed to MarketData in NinjaTrader using the site https://account.ninjatrader.com/subscriptions I tried to connect using NinjaTrader and NinjaTrader Continuum. For both options login failed.

How to connect to Ninjatrader MarketData subscription?

Please be sure to:

1. Copy/Paste to avoid typos.
2. Make sure there there are no additional spaces or characters in your username and password
3. Please ensure that 'Demo mode' is NOT enabled, and 'WebAPI' is NOT enabled.

If you do not have your login credentials, you can initiate a platform password reset for your NinjaTrader Brokerage account by following these steps:

1. Log into your NinjaTrader Client Portal
2. Navigate to the icon on the upper right hand corner of the page
3. Select Profile from the drop-down menu
4. The second section on the page says Platform Password Reset, you will want to select Reset
5. An email will be sent to the address on file with the account from [email protected] with a link to update your NinjaTrader platform password
