Cannon account connection problem on NT8 using Rithmic

    Cannon account connection problem on NT8 using Rithmic

    Hello, I have an account with Cannon Trading that uses Rithmic, I tried configuring the Rithmic connection on NT8, the connection is successful (in fact I get the green dot for successful connection), but my account does not appear in the list of accounts.
    If I log in directly through Rithmic Trader Pro, however, I see my account correctly.
    Is there a reason or solution to this?

    Hello,

    This indicates an issue with your license key. Please verify your license key with your broker. They may have issued you one.
