Database issues

Hi dear NT Support team,

I am noticing the data is taking longer and sometimes doesn't even load in my charts (I am talking about historical data, as I am writing this post, the markets are closed). My connections to both data feed brokers I have works fine, so I try to update everything on the NT database management, but I get the message you can see in the attachment, is currently any issue on the NT side, or is it on my end?

I assume you don't experience the issue anymore. Connection losses to the historical data servers last weekend caused no historical data to be loaded.

Charts will not display data on NinjaTrader 8 Demo.

Can you please tell me what instrument (+ expiry month) you have selected in the chart.

Do you connect to a futures or forex demo connection?

Are you not receiving realtime data in the chart or does it not load the requested historical data?

Does it make a difference if you right click in the chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data'?

Being a new (and somewhat uninformed) trader, I was putting stock symbols in the charts, but using only a futures data stream (FCXM). So this was why the charts were blank.
