Not sure who to contact 1st. The following message: "The access token being passed has expired or is invalid" occurred when I tried to login. Not sure what happened. Nothing has changed except a recent release. Can someone please assist.

Not sure who to contact 1st. The following message: "The access token being passed has expired or is invalid" occurred when I tried to login. Not sure what happened. Nothing has changed except a recent release. Can someone please assist.Tags: None

Maybe there's a misunderstanding. The problem is not resolved. The last statement I made, to fully explain, "The login worked fine prior" to today. The problem still exists. Please assist. Thanks.

My apologies as I misread your second post.
Please try the following steps and let me know if this resolves your error:- Open NT8 > Connections > Configure
- Within Preconfigured Connections, remove your TD Ameritrade Connection
- Restart the platform
- Open NT8 > Connections > Configure
- On the Left, Click TD Ameritrade > add your live credentials > apply > OK
