Backing Up NT8 Indicator templates.

Hello support.


Do indicator templates created via "template" in indicator settings also get backed up when ticking the "Templates" box in the NT8 Back Up process ?





If not then is it a case of having to create a new indicator for each indicator template and then those get backed up as "NinjaScript FIles" or is there an easier way ?

Yes, your indicator settings will be saved when selecting 'Templates' in the back up selection.

As a follow up to my Backing up question.

Having made a back up using v 8.0.26.0 can I import this back up into a later version either v8.0.27.x or V8.1.1.x ?

Thank you for your post.

Yes, you should be able to import this into a newer version as no major changes were made in the newer versions to templates and their functionality.
