How To Download Historical Data

After the update it seems things have changed regarding downloading data.

I have my data provider turned on
Tool > Import > Historical Data
I select the instrument and date range
I press download (buttons dim down and something appears to be happening.

Once I get this this point I'm lost. I do not see that I have the data and can not select the date range if I pull up the historical playback selector.

Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong? I was fine on the last version and use this feature heavily.

Thank you for your inquiry.

The only functionality that changes was the appearance of this window. We unified the display and made it pop-up when connecting to the Playback Connection. You can review the notes of this change at the link below;

With that said, nothing should have functionally changed. We simply moved the download utility onto the same screen as where you can review the loaded data. Once you select 'Download', you should be able to expand the Historical section by using the + icon, and review the data that you've downloaded. Additionally, if you are attempting to use the Historical playback feature, it should function exactly as it did before provided that you have that date range of historical data downloaded for that instrument.
