My Ninja Trader Continuum login failed error.

I just downloaded NinjaTrader ,and i am using a Demo account so i added the continuum and configured it using the demo account.The moment i press on it to connect it keeps pending saying " connecting " and after a while it pop up the "My NinjaTrader Continuum: Gateway logon timed out. (Logon Failed) "
I have tried a couple of things such as :
Restarting the Router
Dns Flush
Restarting the PC
Connecting with an internet cable even tho I have a stable internet connection
Turning off the firewall

If anyone can help me i would be extremely Thankful =)

Hello omarz,

Can you please ensure that your computer is not turning off your Network Adapter to conserve power:

• Right-click on your Start button
• Select 'Device Manager'
• Expand 'Network Adapters'
• Right-click on your Network Adapter and select Properties > Power Management
• Uncheck 'Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power' option
• Click 'OK' to save the changes
• Do this for all Network Adapters

Are you able to connect to the demo connection through a different internet connection if available? For example, you could connect to the internet through your mobile phone (tethering).

If the issue remains, please send us an email to "platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com" that includes the username and password of the demo connection.

Hello haraka911,

Can you please go to Control Center-->Connections and disconnect the Simulated Data Feed connection. Once disconnected, please check if you can connect to the "My NinjaTrader Continuum" connection.
