    Hi, new to ninja trader 8. I clicked the Close button to exit the trade at the 8:36-minute candle which is the green candle at the top. But it was filled at the 37-minute candle. Do you perhaps know what happened? Or is this a normal occurrence in ninjatrader. I was using tradovate before this and never had any late filled orders.

    So I may look into this further please go to Help->Email Support and please include the following information:
    • Attn: Chris Jameson in the Subject line
    • A link to this thread in the body
    • Include what Order ID was assigned to this order? You can check in the Executions or Orders tab of the Control Center.​
    • Check in the box for "Log and trace files".

      Thank you for the reply. However I can't send the email, here is the error.
      I've tried attaching some picture still same error.​

        Can you please forward this information manually thru your email account to platformsupport[at sign]ninjatrader[dot]com. You can use the steps below to zip your log and trace files.
        • Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to "Documents" > Open the "NinjaTrader 8" folder
        • Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
        • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments with your email.
        • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
