My strategy didn't work in my real account

Good Morning,

When I try to change the account to enable the strategy I just can see the SIM account, my real account not appear in the options.

What i need to change in the platform or settings?

Thank you for writing in.

First, please be sure that your live license key is entered in the platform by going to Control Center > Help > License Key. Once you have confirmed that your live license key is in the platform, please follow these steps to enable the ability to place live trades and select your live account when enabling your strategy:

• Navigate to the Control Center > Tools menu
• Left-click on the ‘Global Simulation Mode’ option

You will now be able to select any live account associated with your connected data feed in any Account drop-down box on any order entry window. For more information:
