Eurex data available, but charts are not running

    Eurex data available, but charts are not running

    Helo,
    EUREX ... all charts are frozen as of 12/30/2022 at 10:00 p.m.​

    Data supplier is Rithmic ...
    all data is transferred, but the charts do not move.​

      This worked for me:
      Go to chart with problem
      - Right Click: Data Series - Time Frame - Trading Hours

      This was originally set to <use instruments settings> and I also had the described problem.
      Workaround: Set trading hours to "Default 24 x 7" and chart will plot (your moving averages may not look the same though.)

        It works BUT why this problem?

            NT declares the 2nd of 2023 as a bank holiday day in Germany. Just go to trading hours and remove that day.

              Hello,

              Thank you for using NinjaTrader.

              You can remove today's date from the Holiday Template for the Eurex Trading hours by going to Tools > Trading Hours and Editing the Eurex Templates.
