Playback is not working

    Playback is not working

    I have downloaded historical dates to playback. I plugged into the playback connection. The playback dialog box was working, but the chart was not moving. Went back to start the playback all over again, and then the date was no longer working. I shutdown NT and started it up, but no luck, the playback still won't work. I have had a lot of trouble with this with NT 8. Had no problems with this with NT 7.

    Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.


    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support


    Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

      Gaby, I sent 2 emails via the email request on the Help page through NT, but I had forgotten to put the case #. Hope you can find them. The Playback did not work for me all day today......
