NT stucks, new error message

Hello,

my NT was stucking today and I had to shut down with windows task-manager. Then when re-starting appeared the attached message. No idea why and what I should do.

I could be mistaken so by all means ignore me and wait for someone who knows....
Or, iirc this was in a Post to do with v27.1 whereby the new Ninjatrader.sqlite db file was being overwritten as an .sdf (old format name although file size was same) and resulting in this error.
Go to \Prog Files\Ninj8\db and see if it .sdf of .sqlite. If .sdf my memory may be working
Don't recall what to do though.....!

So that we may investigate further, please write into support[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com.

And please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your email for analysis.

• Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
