New chart will not load

Hello, when I create a new chart a new screen will pop up but without anything displaying, I tried troubleshooting with no success. What can I do to show the display?

As a first step, please ensure you are connected to a datafeed provider or brokerage that provides data for this instrument. For a full list of supported providers, please take a look at the list below:

If you are connected to a supported provider and still don't receive data, please send us your platform's log & trace files, and we can best assist further.

You can do this by going to the Control Center -> Help -> Email Support

Please select "Platform Technical Support" as the recipient and enter a brief "ATTN Manfred" note in the message.
