NT8 Hangs when Updating Splits/Dividends for Instrument Lists (NQ100) with Kinetick

I wanted to fix my TSLA chart and figured out that I need to manually update splits and dividends.
I tried to do it for the Instrument Lists for indices (SP500, Nasdaq100), and the update never finishes.
Looking at the resource manager says that a couple of threads for NT are waiting to finish Network I/O.
I have a feeling that there are some symbols which are not resolving because of which the update hangs.
It works find for Dow30.


Some questions:
1. How do we get up to date lists for SP500, Nasdaq 100 etc which takes into account symbol changes, additions, deletions etc.
2. Even though I updated the TSLA dividend/splits as a single stock it still shows messed up. Do I need to do something else?
3. Could you please fix the code to handle errors when doing bulk updates via the instrument list?

To investigate further, we will need to review your log and trace files.
You can send us your log and trace files by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support.
Ensure that 'Log and Trace Files' is checked, to include these files. This is checked by default.

A more fundamental issue.
I have deleted all the historical data for TSLA
Updated splits/dividends (and manually corrected the Sept 22 to 3.0 instead of some long irrational number 3.0101.... which NT was downloading).
Opened a new chart.
Daily data still looks like this when connected to Kinetick.
