Failed to resolve instrument for market data

I downloaded Ninja Trader & was using the sim feature just fine & everything was working flawlessly. Then out of nowhere it stopped working & gave me this error message. Im not sure what to do as everything was working perfectly seconds ago and now this, is that feature something I have to enable everytime? or is it something with my connection? Please help.

Thank you for your post.

This error indicates the connected feed is not enabled for real-time data on the account side. For a demo, this is due to these particular futures not being enabled on the demos. With live accounts, data can be added by contacting your broker -- unfortunately the demos are not manageable in this way.

Please confirm with your broker that your account connection does have live data for this instrument.
