Cannot load Tick level historical data for MNQ

Hello,
I have downloaded tick level historical data for MNQ for the whole 2022 with no issues.
Did it while connected to Continuum (Live) and selecting MNQ 03-23

When I try to download the same for year 2021 'Historical Data > Download' it only retrieves the Minutes and Day information but no Tick
I also tried selecting MNQ 12-22 with same result

Is it feasible? Am I missing something?

Thank you for your post.

Tick data is only available for one year of data from our historical data servers, so this would be expected when trying to download tick data from 2021.
