Futures H4 Close Candle? Vs New York Close

Hi ,Im new to Futures and live in Timezone UTC+8 and was wondering when the correct H4 candle close time should be on Futures NT8.To be honest i struggle a bit with this but feel my Trading view and broker are correct to New York Close on FX.Which on NT8 shows 1 hr behind.I know the importance of this and need it right.The way i see it .It is either Use instrument default OR 24 x 7 default?.If an old Futures hand could weight in that would be great.Thanks in advance.

If you scroll down on that page to the Globex hours, you can search for any specific instrument and their close. Most Futures do close at 4pm CST.
