chart trader problem

today i opened the charts and found that the side panel with chart trader had become narrower and that i could not adjust it and make it wider. also i could not use any of it functions. when i would try all i would see was a small double arrow line but could not click on any of the buttons. how do i get it back to normal?

Please begin by restarting your computer.

After restarting the computer, reopen NinjaTrader and check if the chart trader panel is still behaving the same way.

If yes, try making a New Chart and then opening the Chart Trader panel on it and test to see if everything is working or if it is still behaving like the old chart.

• If the new chart is working as expected, close the old one and continue with the new one.

If this behavior keeps occurring, please use the steps below to send us a message with your log and trace files attached so we may look into this behavior further:

• Go to the Control Center > Help > Email Support
• Select: Platform Technical Support
• Enter the subject as: Clayton ATTN 03591878"
• Include any additional information in the Body as desired
• Expand the "Other files" section
• Check the following boxes:
  • Log and Trace files
  • Workspace and UI Settings
  • Templates
• Send the email
