missing data on chart

Greetings,
This has been an occasional issue. Data is missing from a chart. See above for example. Only data that is shown is from before end-of-day at 1700 EST yesterday and from after the time the chart was created today.

Hello Steven H,

Can you please right click in the chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data'. Check if the missing historical data is loaded. If not, please perform a restart of the NinjaTrader platform and check again. If not loaded initially, please right click in the chart once more and select 'Reload All Historical Data'.

Hi,
The reason why data is missing is your case is nothing else just SLIPPAGE. It have nothing to do with NinjaTrader 8 data feed or any technical issue.

The same slippage appear on other brokers too, below two pics from MetaTrader 4 (i will not advertise the broker here).

Indeed, there was some issue with NinjaTrader 8 data feed recently but it got fixed. Your case have nothing to do with this issue fortunately, it's just slippage.
I have verified myself and this gap appear both on ninjatrader FXCM data feed and a third party broker. Cheers!

Thank you for responding.

From the chart I attached you can see there are almost twenty hours of data missing.
Mysteriously, when I checked today,Tuesday, the gap was down to about 6 hours of data still missing. (AUD/USD contract, 1700-2300 Sunday.)

I did as you suggested. I also switched back to my vendor from Ninjatrader for historical data and now I'm good again.
