Charts are displaying chopped

Hi,

I can't solve this issue despite many tries to do it.

When I open NT8, I have last bars chopped no matter what instrument I am loading.

Tried already to connect and reconnect to FXCM demo account, closed and restarted NT8, deleted the cache folder, issue persist. I don't know what to do further no other option. Please help. Thanks!

I suspect that the Trading Hours template may explain what is happening to your charts.

To retrieve 24/7 data on a chart, please follow the directions below.

• Right click in your chart and select Data Series.
• In the Data Series menu, set the "Trading hours" property to 'Default 24/7', then click OK.
