Is there a way to enter stop orders through Chart Trader?

Yes, while ChartTrader is enabled, please right click in the canvas of the chart. You should then have the "stop market" and "stop limit" options present in the right click menu.Attached Files -

The price listed in the right click menu depends on where you right click in the chart. I suggest to configure the crosshair to Local, so you can better see at what price your mouse cursor is. Please right click in the chart and select Crosshair-->Local. More information on submitting orders in ChartTrader can be found at the link below.
