Missing time on chart after upgrade

I upgraded my Ninjatrader to the latest version and now I am missing a couple of hours when I open up a chart I try to reload the data and are getting the same thing I connect through a API connection to Interactive Brokers.
I also do not see the option for the 64 Bit version after the upgrade?

Thank you for writing a post.

With the new version, there is no longer a 32-bit icon it would only be the single NinjaTrader icon from now on. Do you reload the data by right-clicking an open area and selecting "Reload Historical Data"? You can also delete the historical data for that instrument, from the control center first disconnect from your data feed > Tools > Historical Data > Expand the dropdown find the desired instrument > right-click the current expiry > select Delete > then reconnect to your data feed to reload the missing data.

I tried both of the methods you suggested and I am still missing 5 hours of data between 09:26 am and 14:36 PM see attached screen shot.
