Unrealized PnL doesn't show

Hi there,
I have a lifetime multibroker license and so I'm trading with multiple accounts with different data feeds.
Among the accounts I have a Interactive Brokers account, that is trading fine as the others.
The only issue I'm experiencing is that, when trading the Interactive account, for some reason, unlike all the other accounts, I cannot see the Unrealized PnL, it is always at 0 even when I have a trade in progress.
Can you advise on that?

I would first like to ensure that you are using the fully supported version of Trader Workstation (10.19.1c or Gateway (10.19.1c) as outlined in your Interactive Brokers Connection Guide Below:

You may find the version you are using by going to Help > About within Trader Workstation or Gateway.

If you are not using these listed version then I would recommend uninstalling the current version you are using and then using the download links in the Connection Guide above to install the supported versions.

Yeah I'm using all the prescribed versions of both NT8 and TWS.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support


Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
