NT8 crashes/ switches OFF

any Idea what can be the reason while NT8 switches off by itself while change/ selecting between markets ?
my CPU or RAM are only used at that time...

There could be multiple causes, Please allow us to investigate further by writing into support[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com.

And please include a description of what you are reporting and follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your email.

• Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
