Chart rendering failed...D2D error

Evening all. Hope someone can help with this. I get the following error message in the LOG:

Ninjascript: Chart rendering failed. There is likely a problem with a chart object's OnRender Method. D2D error='An item with the same key has already been added.'

This happens when I try to have two of THE SAME SYMBOL loaded on one chart at a time. For instance, let's say I want a 1,000 Tick chart AND a 3,000 Tick chart of the ES loaded in one chart panel at the same time. Doesn't work. It used to work just fine and all of a sudden it stopped. On my second computer I have at work, it loads no problem?!?!

I can load different symbols no problem...say ES, NQ and RTY one minute charts all in the same panel....loads fine. It is when I try two charts of the same symbol that this comes up....and only on this machine.

Windows is up to date, and have the latest version of NT8 loaded.

Anyone have any insight I would greatly appreciate it, thanks.

Hiya Leon...I haven't found a resolution. I have narrowed it down to this: Let's say I have a 5 minute ES and a 377 tick ES loaded on the same chart....if I try to apply ANY drawing object (like a line, or a channel) that is applied to ALL ES CHARTS it will freeze. So bottom line, I don't have any charts with multiple charts on the same panel...hopefully there will be a fix down the road.

you are probably using an indicator that creates objects with the same tag ID and because you are using two data sources in a single graph, a collision occurs - an object with the same key already exists

Yes. But, you can also make this happen using the "Duplicate Window" functionality if you have any drawing tools attached to "all charts".
