CQG Connection

Hello, I bought the license of my NT8 last year and I got the connection to the market using my ninjatrader continuum, using cqg. I am now starting with a new broker who provided me the credentials to connect to cqg using ninjatrader. I can't see CQG amongst the connections and when I tried to connect with continuum this didn't work. Can you please help?

Thank you for your post.
Your license key ultimately determines which connections are made available to configure.
If you are unable to access the account through the NinjaTrader Continuum connection, please double-check that the demo box is not enabled in the connection settings.

If you are certain you will need access to the CQG connection, please contact our Platform Sales team (Platformsales[at]Ninjatrader[dot com]) in order to convert your license to another broker, or purchase a multi-broker license if necessary.

I have already a multi broker licence and the demo box is not connected.
I have tried to connect the other broker CQG credentials but it doesn't work.
I will try to contact the sales team.
