Loading charts infinitely even only 3days of dowlad

Good morning, I have the Lifetime Multibroker License, account with Ninja Trader for Futures contracts and interactive brokers for stoks. I have maket data by IB Nasdaq C/ Nyse A and Nyse B, I make the NT connection with API IB Gatway as instructed, for stocks I only see the charts in time frames minutes, days and weeks.
When I connect the NT with API interconnection to IB gatway no problem when opening the first Charts with the same instrument (stok), but when I change those same Charts to another instrument (stok) it is infinitely loading, but in the Market Analayser and Hot Analyser tables I see the price changing but in the charts londing infinitely even only with 3 days of dowlad. .

Please see my reply below which I sent in response to the email you sent us.

Unfortunately historical tick data is not supported with Interactive Brokers in the NinjaTrader platform. So any tick based interval (Tick, Range, Renko, etc) will not load historical data. Please see the link below under 'Understanding the data provided by your connectivity provider' which shows supported providers and what data they support.

You would need to connect to a broker/data feed that supports historical tick data for stocks.

Thanks Jason for the help, I recently upgraded to multibroker just to be able to trade stoks, and now I come across this situation is a tremendous disappoint
But we have to find solutions so I want to ask a question for Nasdaq stoks, if underwriting the Kinetick data feed service, since I recently upgraded to Lifetime Multibroker license, I want to give my orders through nt logged into IB but with the Kinetic data feed at the same time. Is it possible to give my orders in the NT Logged in logged in to IB and with Kinetick data feed?

Yes, this is supported by connecting to Interactive Brokers and Kinetick simultaneously.

You can configure Kinetick as the connection to receive historical stock data from. Preferred connections can be configured at Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->Market data-->Preferred connections - historical/realtime. More information on these settings can be found at the link below.
