Add volumetric bars to the chart

Hello Traders. I would like to add volumetric bars to my chart. I'm using free End of Day data from kinetick. When I open the data series in an opened chart I'm not able to see the option for volumetric bars among the possible options. Should I download the type of chart? Isn't available for free End of Day data?

Hello Babeto,

To use the volumetric charts you need to have a lifetime license which has the orderflow package. You can see the various licenses and their features here: https://ninjatrader.com/LicenseComparison

You would also not be able to use the end of data feed for that bar type, it requires tick data to work.

The volumetric bars would require tick data from your provider to process. To perform the delta buy / sell aggressor classification (DeltaType BidAsk), historical bid / ask tick data access by your provider is needed.If your provider could only support 'last' historical tick data, then the classification could still be made using DeltaType UpDownTick mode.
