NT8 DB problem with starting app

When I try to open NT8 I get this error message:

Unable to connect to DB: Unable to open database file.

But I don't have access to the app and control center the run the repair.

What should I do?

I'd like to investigate further why this error occurs. Could you please send us your platform's log & trace files? You can do this by following the steps below:

• Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to support (at) ninjatrader (dot) com
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders
