Auto Close Position on all positions

Hi, I have found the section in 'Options' > 'General' for the auto-close position. I have selected to enable it and selected 'All instruments' and set a time (15:45) does this mean all open positions on all my instruments will be closed at the specified time or do I still need to do anything on an individual chart basis, if so what?

Thank you very much for your post.

As long as the NinjaTrader platform is running and connected, it would close all positions on all accounts at 3:45 PM.

Please note: This would not function if the platform was shut down or is not connected.

Thanks, I'm struggling to get this to work with simulated data. is it based on my local system time or the default time template of the instrument? i.e. would 15:45 setting in the above screenshot be my afternoon as per my system clock (I'm in the UK) or would that be New York afternoon for a US equity for example?

The time would be based on the timezone that was set in the platform, rather than the PC or individual instrument.

To review this timezone, please click on Tools > Options > General.

By default, it would be set to your PC's timezone but might have been modified.
