Trade on Ninjatrader Brokerage with no data subscription

Hello,
having a multiple broker's license I'm actually using data streams coming from Interactive Brokers while trading on both, Ninja and IB.
I actually didn't subscribe to EUREX on Ninja because I already bought the data feed from Interactive. For some reason though, I cannot trade EUREX futures on Ninja.
Can you explain how this works?

In order to better assist you, please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files so I may investigate this matter further. Please reference the following ticket number in the body of the email: 03571305 ATTN: ADRIAN and email to [email protected]

• Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

Thank you for the reply.

After reviewing your files, please ensure your have TWS open and logged in before opening up the NinjaTrader Platform. Furthermore, you will want to ensure you set your connections in order to have your accounts pull data from the right connection feed. Hi Adrian,
I did what you suggested me, I opened the TWS, then Ninja, then I connected to Interactive Brokers as feed and then to the Ninjatrader Continuum.
I set Interactive brokers as Real time preferred connection feed and Ninjatrader Continuum as Historical.

As you can see the issue is still there:

By the way, Adrian, out of confusion, I'm getting this error only if I trade the EUREX futures on Ninjatrader account, not on the Interactive Brokers account.
As you should have seen, the thing here is that I didn't subscribe to Ninja data not to pay twice the same data from Ninja AND Interactive Brokers.
Is it mandatory, to trade with Ninjatrader Brokerage, to subscribe to live data?
I hope this clarifies the situation and the issue.

Thank you for your reply.

Yes, I can confirm you can use Interactive Brokers data to trade your NinjaTrader Brokerage account. In order to trade your NinjaTrader Brokerage account you need add funds into your account which is why you are seeing that message. Please follow my instructions below in order to re-fund your account.

To fund your account, please login to the Client Portal and click on the 'Accounts' or 'Transfers' tab.

You can find step by step instructions for ACH here and Wire Transfers or Check here.

You can expect funds to post same night or next business night from when the deposit is received by us. Please allow additional time for international wires to be received by us and processed.
Please note:

• Your bank and brokerage accounts must be held by the same legal entity.

For example, an LLC account with NinjaTrader needs to be funded by a bank account held by that LLC, or personal NinjaTrader account funded with a personal bank account in your name or a joint bank account with you on it, etc.

• ACH is available for US-based customers only.
• Checks are available for US-based customers only and funds subject to a 5 business day hold before released for trading.

Hi Adrian,
thanks for your reply, actually my account is already funded with 5k USD so I don't think this is the problem.
I can actually trade on my Ninjatrade account all US futures market, I can trade even the futures (such as the CL traded on the NYMEX) that I didn't have data subscribed for, seen that I only subscribed for CME (not CMEGROUP) products.
My only problem is EUREX futures.
