Market Replay and Historical Candles are missing 4 candles

Hello NT Team,

I attached 2 charts, 1 is real time chart sent to me by a friend that trades a real account, I wanted to replicate his strategy, and tried to learn the concept using market replay of the same day (29 Nov 2022) but I found 4 missing candles from in my chart, that's TERRIBLE, because it highly impact the performance of strategy. can you please tell me what is the cause of this, and how to solve it ?

Please try removing the historical data for that date and redownloading it.
