    NT8 chart data messed up after trying to rollback NQ futures contract

    How do I fix this? I'm receiving no chart data just one long bar. I have tried resetting database and restarting my computer.

    Please send us your log and trace files so that we may look into what occurred.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

    Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

    Please reference the following ticket number in the body of the email: 03569241

      Hello I cannot as the NT8 email support is broken. I'm getting an error when trying to submit files. I have another help topic outstanding because of it.

        Please follow the steps below to email us your log and trace files. Please reference the following ticket number in the body of the email: 03569241
        • Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
        • Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
        • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com.
        • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
        We look forward to investigating this item for you.​
