Updated NT8 is not opening... giving this error message

    Updated NT8 is not opening... giving this error message



    After updating to the newest NT8 version this weekend. This is the error I am getting when I try to load the new version of NT8. I cannot log on.

    Please advise...

    Thank you for the post.

    In order to properly assist you further, please send your Log and Trace files to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com.

    Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your support request so we may investigate this matter further.
    • Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
    • Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com.
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
