    IB was unable to locate instrument. Please verify your symbol mapping .....



    I didn't change anything.
    Every time I send a trading order . This message pop up.

    "IB was unable to locate instrument. Please verify your symbol mapping ....."

    Now I can't trade any futures.
    Anybody has same problem?

    Hello,

    Please try restarting the platform to get these instruments mappings updated from our database. Please let me know if this does not resolve the issue.

      I already restart Ninja and IB TWS several times . But still not working.
      and I removed both program from my Computor and re-installed newest version.
      But still no effort at all.
      Please help

          Hello,

          The error showing indicates the IB account is not enabled for these instruments. Can you confirm you are receiving live data (not delayed) within TWS for these instruments? Can you confirm with IB that your account is enabled for live data as well?

          Also ensure you have the following version of TWS downloaded:
          https://ninjatrader.com/ninjatrader/...n-10.19-1c.exe

            My data provider is Kinetick. I have never used live data from Interactive Broker ever since I started in 2008 and I haven't experienced any problems until yesterday. After I started experiencing these problems, I removed the old version of TWS and Ninja Trader and then downloaded and installed the newest version of TWS, 10.19-1c, as well as the newest version of Ninja Trader A. However, the problem is still there. Any and all help would be very appreciated and I hope to resolve these problems soon with your help. Thank you very much for your time and effort.

              Hello,

              If using Kinetick you may need to setup your preferred connection to use Kinetick instead. This election can be made under Tools>Options>Market data
