Possible Bug

It seems that when an indicator is attached to a chart, and the Label is set to empty/blank, that when there is a Log error entry, the name of the indicator in error is not shown

don't know if this is persistent, but have seen it a few times now

Thank you for your post.
You are correct in that the indicator errors will refer to an indicator's label when producing an error.
If the label is blank, the error will still list the contents of the blank label (eg "").

When adding a new indicator to a chart, however, the default name/label will be the name of the indicator (not blank).

If there is a chart in particular that is failing or producing errors, you may add labels to your indicators so that they are easier to identify in the log entries.

well, I prefer to not have the labels show up on the Chart Panel

why don't you just use the code name of the indicator, if there is no label?

can you add that as a request?
