    Is three a sysmbol exchange update missing ? - We had the same a few weeks ago with MNQ which had to be changed by NT for a new IB exchange

    Yea apparently anyone any idea what to add before NT fixes it serverside?

      You can add set GC to:
      GC|COMEX
      and it works for me. Will be the same pattern for other stuff also I assume.

      I have a problem with SI so since there is a 5000 in the name also.

          For SI futures, you can modify the symbol map for Interactive brokers like this: SI|COMEX||5000

            Top works thanks ... I tried it like that before but had one "|" to much apparently ^^

              Same with ZN 03-23 YM 02-23 or ZT 03-23 ZF 03-23...6E ES NQ..... None of them working.
              Every Monday is nightmare now.

                  Hello all,

                  Thank you for your posts.

                  Interactive Brokers did update their symbol mapping for several instruments over the weekend. We have since updated our instrument servers with their new symbol mapping and a restart of your platform should resolve. If a restart does not resolve, please reset your instruments and repair DB, following the steps below:
                  1. First, disconnect from any data providers by navigating to the Control Center > Connections menu, and left-click on “disconnect” that appears to the right when hovering your mouse over any active connection
                  2. Next, reset your instruments by navigating to the Control Center > Tools > Database Management
                  3. In the Database Management window, left-click on "Rollover" if there are instruments to rollover
                  4. Under the “Update instruments” section, ensure that “General properties”, "Futures expiries" and “Symbol mappings” options are checked and then click Update
                  5. Under the “Repair DB” section, click Repair
                  6. Lastly, restart NinjaTrader for the changes to occur
                  Please also delete the cache and historical data folders stored on your PC, following the steps below:
                  • Shut down NinjaTrader.
                  • Open the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > db folder.
                  • Delete the sub-folder named 'cache'.
                  • Delete everything within 'minute', 'day', 'tick' folders.
