Alert not setting off on this particular bar.

Hello, I am trying to figure out why my alert isn't going off on this particular bar that prints on 12/02/2022 at 09:35:58am Central. I am trying to get the alert to go off when volume hits over 1000 on the 1 second chart. I also tried using an alert with the Buy Sell Volume indicator to see if it would go off over 1000. Then i tried a horizontal drawing and placed it at 1000 to see if that would set the alert off. Sometimes the alert does work, but it's this specific bar and similar ones like it that I would like for the alert to work.

In this screenshot, the alert does work for the bar at 09:36:08am cst. Just can't figure out why it won't do it for the previous bar that meets the exact same parameters.
