Hotkey for Stop Limit Order placement

Hello,
I have set attached Stop Limit Buy/Sell and Limit Market Order Hotkeys.
For the combination ofr Cntrl+A, D, Q,F I have accepted existing Hotkeys to be overridden.

However, even I have chart trader shown and mouse clicked at the location where respective order can be placed, the order would not be placed.
(Right click ->order placement works without any problem for same intended order)
Any issue with the setting or any potential additional setting required to enable hotkey?

Thank you for your post.
If you haven't already done so, you will need to do the following to enable order entry Hot Keys:

• From within the Control Center window, select the Tools menu and then select Options. Once in the Trading category, select "Use order entry hot keys".
